Cookin' Greens Chopped Spinach Cashew Paté

- ½ cup (50g) Cookin’ Greens Chopped Spinach
- 1 cup (250ml) cashews, soaked
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp (5ml)
- ¼ cup (60ml) lemon juice
- 3-5 fresh basil leaves
- Soak the cashews in water for 2-4 hours
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy
- Serve as a spread for crackers, in a sandwich, or on pasta
