Caesar salads are one of our favourite types of salad for the summer time.
Top your salad with a skewer of grilled shrimp or chicken and you have yourself a meal- finish it off with a zesty squeeze of lemon which not only enhances the flavours of the dish but allows your body to absorb the calcium in the greens and iron in your meat!

** Try a low calorie Caesar Dressing and use sparingly, eat this Caesar Salad as your meal with a couple of shrimp or chicken skewers
** Be sure to check the label on your dressing to ensure it’s gluten free. Make/Buy gluten free croutons or just remove them from the recipe
** Use a dairy-free Caesar Salad dressing and top with ground almonds instead of parmesan cheese
