Watch us blend up a delicious smoothie using Cookin’ Greens frozen Kale.


1 cup / 250 ml milk (or alternative soy, almond, or rice)
1/2 / 125 ml cup yogurt (plain, vanilla, or any berry flavor)
1 tbsp / 15 ml liquid honey, adjust to taste
1 cup/ 250 ml Cookin’ Greens Kale or Spinach
(or a combo of the two)

½ cup / 125 ml frozen blueberries (or any other
sweet/colorful/seasonal fruit of your choice)
1 banana


Prepare Cookin’ Greens Kale or Spinach according to packaging directions. Let Cookin’Greens cool in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before making your smoothie. Pour all ingredients,
liquids first, into a blender and puree until smooth. Add a little more milk and/or ice cubes if needed and continue to blend. Ensure greens are blended well. Pour into glasses and serve immediately!

*Note: Cookin’ Green Spinach could also be used for this recipe.

Do not over cook your greens. Ensure greens are cooked evenly. For food safety reasons, internal temperature should reach 71C or 160F. Keep frozen until ready to use.
Store unused product in freezer.
