1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 ½ teaspoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons peanut oil
3 medium garlic cloves, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
½ teaspoon grated / minced fresh ginger
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ bag or 250g of Cookin’ Greens Chopped Kale or Spinach
Sea salt to taste


  1. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar together in small bowl.
  2. Heat peanut oil, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes in skillet over medium heat until garlic starts to sizzle, about 15 seconds.
  3. Add Cookin’ Greens Chopped Kale and cook over medium heat for 10 – 12 minutes
  4. Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
