Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup (25g) Cookin' Greens Chopped Kale
  2. 1/2 mango
  3. 1/4 cup (125ml) blueberries
  4. 3 strawberries
  5. 1 cup (250ml) dark chocolate almond milk or chocolate milk
  6. 1 tsp. (5ml) chia seeds
  7. 1 tsp. (5ml) flax seeds
  8. 1 tbsp. (15ml) protein powder (optional)
Instructions
  1. Cook Cookin' Greens Chopped Kale according to package instructions.
  2. Place all items in the blender and puree. Grab a straw and enjoy!
